Steforno La Fabrique is the perfect place to taste our unique pizzas and enjoy a delicious cocktail in a cozy atmosphere. We prepare all our pizzas with the freshest ingredients and cook them in our wood stove which gives them a rich smoky baked flavor. The guests see everything at close range. The kitchen is open and allows them to watch the pizzaiolo at work while the other members of the team put the finishing touches on our delectable dishes. 80% of ingredients are imported.

We also have a boutique where you can buy a large variety of spices and fine ingredients from Italy. They are the same that we use in our recipes. You can even buy a wood stove to cook your own pizza at home. Come and enjoy THE DOLCE VITA with us.
